Over March 2020, over 141 thousand Italian Android users shopped through the app of the retailer Supermercato24. The number of monthly active users (MAU) was lower on iOS devices, with only 63,761 MAU. Between January and March 2020, according to airnowplc.com, the number of Android users became almost ten times bigger, as the marketplace counted only 19.8 thousand monthly active users on Android devices in January 2020.
